Return, Refund, Exchange Policy.

AGC Jewelers will not refund any items purchased in store or online.

AGC Jewelers will offer store issued credit on all in store jewelry items. Items must be unused, with no damage to item. Item must also be in original packaging. 

AGC Jewelers will offer store credit for purchases made within 7 days with a receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. 

AGC Jewelers will not offer credit on purchases without a receipt.

Grillz and Custom Pieces

AGC Jewelers will not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges or any grillz or custom pieces, due to its nature.

AGC Jewelers with Grill orders of six or more teeth will accept a 50% deposit on date of purchase and the remaining balance will be due on day of pick up.

All AGC grill orders take 7 to 10 business days from date of order.

All AGC custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin crafting of your piece along with a $250.00 non-refundable custom fee that will be included in your total. Remaining balance will be collected at time of pickup.

All AGC custom orders take up to 6 to 8 weeks to complete. 

All AGC custom order estimates are subject to change in cost due to fluctuating metal pieces or if materials have been changed due to customers request.

Layaway Policy

A minimum purchase of $100.00 is required to start a layaway. AGC Jewelers will hold ticketed items for a maximum period of 180 days. Accepted form of payment for layaway is cash or charge. A 25% deposit amount must be received by AGC Jewelers upon ordering. A payment schedule will be setup at time of initial deposit. Payments must be made every 15 days until paid in full. Upon receipt of a layaway order, AGC Jewelers will issue a layaway confirmation, which will include the order date, order total, layaway completion date and balance due. Please keep confirmation for your records. Any layaway not paid in full within the 180 days will be offered for sale to the public unless special arrangements have been made with AGC Jewelers.

Layaway Refund & Return Policy 

If AGC Jewelers does not receive final payment by “Layaway Completion Date”, your layaway will be cancelled unless an agreement has been made to extend date of forfeiture. The layaway balance will be issued in the form of store credit minus a setup fee of $10.00 and minus 20% restocking fee.

AGC Jewelers may at its discretion extend date of forfeiture.
